Andrew Bridgen is right to ask difficult questions. Health professionals and academics add record their support
This joint statement is in response to attempts by a group of doctors and the Good Law Project to compel the GMC to investigate Dr Aseem Malhotra, as reported in this article on the 5th June 2023.
We have drafted this statement to demonstrate that there is a significant body of doctors in support of Dr Malhotra; who are strongly opposed to and concerned about this case and its ramifications for the medical profession as a whole.

HART have joined with The Thinking Coalition and UK Medical Freedom Alliance in a letter to all those MPs who voted for mandatory vaccination for Social Care Workers in summer of 2021. Much was written at the time of the huge ethical issues, quite apart from the likely loss of many skilled and dedicated staff. Labour voted against the government at the time, in response to calls from unions whose members were likely to be impacted.

Joint Open Letter from Doctors for Patients UK, HART and the UK Medical Freedom Alliance to Helen Stephenson, CEO, Charity Commission
Re: Allegations that the British Heart Foundation (BHF) is involved in concealing and withholding important information relating to harms to cardiac function caused by the novel mRNA vaccines
For the last year, a group of senior health professionals and academics have been writing to regulators and prime ministers asking for a recalculation of their benefit:risk assessment for covid vaccines for children. These were described as marginal when calculated during the Wuhan and Delta waves and as far as we are aware had not been recalculated for omicron or indeed taking account of the wide-spread naturally acquired immunity.
The WHO’s Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response Treaty threatens our sovereignty and our democracy. HART has joined with The Thinking Coalition, Time for Recovery, Together Declaration, Not Our Future and Freedom Alliance to urge our parliamentary scrutiny committees to exercise due diligence.
We are a group of health professionals and scientists from the UK, who submitted a letter to the FDA meeting in March regarding our concerns over the potential authorisation of Pfizer vaccine for children aged 6 months to 4 years and our letter is reattached today in readiness for your June meeting. No new evidence has come to light since our March letter, which gives any credibility to the necessity, safety or even efficacy of this vaccine for infants.
