The Flawed Assessment of VDPS Claims
The Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) is often portrayed as a financial lifeline for those suffering from vaccine-related injuries. However, upon closer examination, the system appears fundamentally flawed, leaving many without the support they desperately need. Instead of functioning as a proper compensation scheme, the VDPS serves as a temporary measure, intended only to provide interim financial assistance until claimants can pursue legal redress. Given the significant legal barriers and reluctance of courts to hear such cases in the UK, this supposed route to justice remains largely inaccessible.

UK Covid-19 Public Inquiry – chapter 1
Module 4, report from day 1 of the hearings to which we are not invited. HART was one of a number of groups who were asked to provide detailed witness statements to the Inquiry, only to find we will not be called to give oral evidence. The Inquiry legal team have apparently shared our statements with the Core Participants and indeed with one of their commissioned experts, but have not as yet confirmed whether or not our statements will be available on the Inquiry website.

A belated reply from an unnamed ‘Correspondence Officer’ claims that “The benefits of the vaccines in preventing COVID-19 and serious complications associated with COVID-19 far outweigh any currently known side effects in the vast majority of patients.” This confidence is certainly not shared by HART nor by the many countries now involved in the NORTHgroup.

Why do Monkeypox mRNA vaccines cause the same problems as Covid vaccines?
Here we reproduce a letter written to an MP by a constituent.
The letter raises concerns about the potential risks of approving future mRNA vaccines under a “platform authorisation” model whereby updates are assumed to be safe because the underlying methodology is considered safe – the way seasonal egg based influenza vaccines were regulated. This means the Monkeypox mRNA vaccines and others need not be authorised on a product-specific basis as discussed in a May 2024 MHRA Board meeting, but can piggy back on the claims made about the safety of covid vaccines. What could possibly go wrong?

Northern Ireland is having a consultation about a new Public Health Bill which would widen the scope of the current legislation to create permanent powers on an ‘all hazards’ basis. It includes hidden in paragraph 143 that the regulations may require a person to be vaccinated or to receive other prophylactic treatment. Say goodbye to bodily autonomy.
