The Government is currently undertaking a review of the Human Rights Act (HRA)(1998) and has published a consultation document that describes why it believes change is required, together with its specific proposals for what should be included in a new ‘Bill of Rights’. Given the state overreach witnessed over the last two years under the guise of covid-19 restrictions – involving unprecedented infringements of people’s core rights and freedoms – the timing, rationale and content of the review should concern us all.

Vaccine Damage: the human cost of rushed-to-market products
The existing mechanism for compensating those suffering vaccine damage was set up in 1979. If the vaccination caused ‘severe disablement’ (classed, somewhat callously, as being ‘60% disabled’), then one can become eligible for a one-off payment of £120,000, but only if you are able to undergo an excruciating and protracted battle with the authorities to have your claim accepted.

The WHO power grab — Medical Tyranny at scale
The World Health Organisation have launched a “historic global accord” for pandemics also known as a “pandemic treaty” to be decided by an “intergovernmental negotiating body.” The WHO General Assembly is able to pass binding agreements on all member states with a two thirds majority using article 19 of the WHO constitution.

Public Health Scotland and the misinterpretation of data
In its report of 14th February 2022, PHS has declared that it will no longer publish data on COVID-19 outcomes (cases, hospitalisations and deaths) classified by vaccination status, a hitherto valuable component of the COVID-19 vaccination surveillance strategy. The reason given for making this change is that ‘PHS is aware of inappropriate use and misinterpretation of the data when taken in isolation without fully understanding the limitations’.

Children’s covid vaccines: it’s all about balance of risks…
Over many months, a group of experienced health professionals and academics have been writing to the MHRA and the JCVI regarding the vaccination of healthy children, with most of the letters posted on the HART website. In our most recent letter, the authors have called for a pause to the children’s vaccine rollout pending a thorough investigation of a number of safety concerns.

Vaccine Mandate revoked
On Tuesday 1 March, the government released the results of the consultation period, which unequivocally shows the lack of public support for this mandate, with 87% of respondents saying that they “feel strongly that the requirement should be revoked”.
